The Board has established three standing committees: a Finance Committee, an Audit Committee and a Safeguarding and Wellbeing Committee. It has also established a governing body for each school. The Scheme of Delegation from the Trust to its committees, including school governing bodies, can be found via the link below, together with the Register of Directors' business interests.
Trust's are required to publish information relating to both the attendance of Directors and Governors at meetings and relating to the remuneration of key personnel. These requirements are met through the publication of the annual accounts, which contain the full details required.
